“Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that the beach near the hotel is currently unusable due to trash and fresh food being dumped directly on the sand and into the ocean. While the hotel itself was excellent, we had to travel to Sorrento and Amalfi to find clean beaches to enjoy. I hope this issue can be addressed soon for the benefit of future guests, with that being said I probably will not return or recommend Castellamare di stabia ”
“We arrived in the evening and after the check-in we entered in our room but they completely forget to service it from the previous guests.
The reception changed our room but they only had one with view... inside the lobby ! Also the room was only ready for 2 so we had to call and wait for the 3rd bed to be prepared.
As a partial amendment to this, they offered us the breakfast for the next day.”
“Lovely hotel! With air conditioning!! Best night sleep we have had in 8 days! Cool! Nice large room. Great breakfast. Only issue was weird drainage in bathroom. Whole bathroom flooded every time we had a shower. Had to mop up with extra towels! Silly design.”
